Great Macaroons

These macaroons are great. I have never had macaroons in a pyramid shape and was disappointed at first but they were delicious.

Yummy and not overwhelming

These chocolate dipped macarons are great. Not too sweet, nice amount of coconut. I didn't expect them to be huge, so I kept them in the fridge, then put them in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to soften and warm them up a bit, just heavenly. Thank you, Homeboy bakers!
